In general

At KROBI we are committed to protecting your personal data and we respect your privacy when you contact us via online form or by phone as well as when you enter into a rental contract with us.

When you contact KROBI to apply for a tenancy, you will be asked to provide information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address.

In connection with the contact, you consent to KROBI and KROBI's employees processing the information in connection with the processing of your enquiry.
When entering into a rental agreement with KROBI, we comply with applicable legislation and requirements regarding identification and legitimisation of tenants. KROBI must have identification in the form of:

  • Name
  • Address
  • CPR number
  • Copy of passport, driving licence or health insurance card

Disclosure of information KROBI does not disclose personal data to third parties.

Safety and security

Personal data is stored on firewall protected servers and is protected against unauthorised access and knowledge. Storage period KROBI does not store personal data for enquiries unless otherwise agreed - e.g. if the contact person wishes to be registered on a waiting list for a tenancy. According to KROBI ejendomme must store documentation about tenants for at least 5 years after the end of the tenancy. KROBI ejendomme stores tenant documentation for 5 years in UNIK, after which the tenants' personal data is deleted.

Viewed and deleted

Under the rules of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the personal data we have registered. You also have the right to have your personal data changed, and you can revoke your consent for us to process your personal data. You can demand access to your personal data, changes or withdraw your consent by contacting us: krobi@krobi.dk.

If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies

When you visit our website, the website places a small piece of information - a so-called cookie - on your computer, mobile or similar device for the purpose of recognising your device and its settings so that we can adapt and improve the content of our website, target our web ads and create web statistics. Cookies are a commonly used standard on the internet and cookies cannot transmit viruses.

KROBI uses information about cookies for Google Analytics, Facebook and LinkedIn in connection with the targeting of our online advertising.
