Practical information for tenants in Kontorfællesskabet Samsøvej 21-23
Our most important ambition is that Samsøvej Office Community is a pleasant and well-functioning place to work - with good surroundings, proper shared facilities and an everyday life that works in practice.
To make it easy to be a tenant, we have gathered the most important practical information here. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the content - both when you move in and on an ongoing basis.
HOUSE WORDS
The house rules are designed to ensure a safe, well-functioning and comfortable everyday life for all tenants in the shared office space.
It describes the framework for the use of common areas, meeting rooms, canteen, parking etc.
ALARM AND INTERNET
For security and operational stability, all companies in the co-working space:
- Own wireless network
- Individual alarm codes for your own office
Information about internet, access and alarm will be provided by KROBI immediately before moving in.
WASTE SORTING
We have a waste sorting scheme at the shared office space.
We have five categories of waste, corresponding to those used in private households. You can see an overview of the waste categories in both kitchens.
In every kitchen, we have three indoor bins for the types of waste we believe are generated most frequently in everyday life:
Food waste
Residual waste
Plastic and food and drink cartons
Paper/cardboard and glass/metal must therefore be sorted directly into the large rubbish bins outside.
There are stickers on the indoor bin bins, making it easy to keep the house tidy by sorting rubbish properly and simply.

MEETING ROOMS
The co-working space has three bright and inviting meeting rooms, all equipped with large screens.
The meeting rooms can be freely used by tenants in the property.
We always recommend booking a meeting room in advance to make sure the room is available.
Password is provided by KROBI.
ELECTRIC CHARGING POINTS
There are a total of 8 electric vehicle charging points in the Kontorfællesskabet car park, which can be used free of charge upon payment:
UNO-X – 4 charging points at the entrance
Uno-X is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You can either:
- use the Uno-X card under the Kontorfællesskabet agreement and benefit from a favourable discount, or
- collect without an appointment and pay the current market price using a standard debit card.
CLEVER – 4 charging points at the bottom of the car park
Clever can be used via a charging tag or the Clever app. Here, you can choose between:
- a subscription with free top-ups for a fixed monthly fee, or
- payment based on actual usage.
