Our most important ambition is that Samsøvej Office Community is a pleasant and well-functioning place to work - with good surroundings, proper shared facilities and an everyday life that works in practice.
To make it easy to be a tenant, we have gathered the most important practical information here. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the content - both when you move in and on an ongoing basis.
HOUSE WORDS
The house rules are designed to ensure a safe, well-functioning and comfortable everyday life for all tenants in the shared office space.
It describes the framework for the use of common areas, meeting rooms, canteen, parking etc.
ALARM AND INTERNET
For security and operational stability, all companies in the co-working space:
- Own wireless network
- Individual alarm codes for your own office
Information about internet, access and alarm will be provided by KROBI immediately before moving in.

MEETING ROOMS
The co-working space has three bright and inviting meeting rooms, all equipped with large screens.
The meeting rooms can be freely used by tenants in the property.
We always recommend booking a meeting room in advance to make sure the room is available.
Password is provided by KROBI.
LUNCH PLAN
We offer the option of a shared lunch programme in the house in collaboration with Martin Ib - MIB.
The lunch scheme is voluntary, easy and flexible with day-to-day ordering via app and is managed separately from the supplier.
ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS
There are 4 electric charging points at the entrance to the shared office space, which can be used free of charge. Read more about the electric charging solution:
