Unlike many other players in the industry, we have chosen to handle operations and service internally. This means that our property managers, caretakers and surveyors are permanent employees and work closely with both properties and residents.

Direct contact and local knowledge enable us to react quickly and efficiently - whether it's practical matters, moving in and out or daily maintenance. With us, you know who you're talking to and we know who you are.
