At KROBI, we make it easy and manageable to become a tenant. We have fixed and proven procedures for viewing, lease, moving in and ongoing contact with you as a tenant.
On this page you can see an overview of the process - and remember: You're always welcome to contact us if you have any questions along the way. We're here to help you get started in your new home.
Interested in renting?
In agreement with our property managers, we are happy to offer you a no-obligation viewing when a property is vacant and you have shown interest in it.
Once you've seen the property, let the contact person know if you want to proceed with the rental.
Feel free to write a little about yourself - it helps us get to know our future tenants better and ensure the best possible match.
Once we have received your interest, KROBI's administration will send you a rental contract by email. You review the contract, sign it and return it to us.
Move in and inspection
When you move in, we organise a move-in inspection where you and our inspection manager will go through the condition of the tenancy. You will receive keys and we will read the electricity, water and heating meters.
The time of the inspection is arranged individually to best suit you.
Welcome to your new home
In connection with the move-in inspection, we officially welcome you. If you have any questions - big or small - you are always welcome to contact us. We're here to help.
